Instructions

  1. Gather all components. For homemade honey mustard, whisk 2 tablespoons Dijon, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Slice ripe avocado, seasoning with salt and lemon/lime. Wash/dry lettuce, slice tomato and any optional red onion thinly.
