Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of whole milk, and 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until well combined and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps of cream cheese left; if there are, blend longer.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to the blender. Blend again for another 20-30 seconds. The mixture should be smooth and slightly thick; feel free to taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios and 1/4 cup of finely chopped baklava to the blender. Pulse the blender 3-4 times just to incorporate the nuts and baklava without completely breaking them down. You want some texture in your milkshake!
  4. Next, prepare the Nutty Crumble. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
