Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, sausage seasoning, and non-alcoholic beer or broth. Add a handful of chopped fresh herbs.
  2. Using your hands or a spatula, mix the ingredients until they are well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  3. With clean hands, take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into bite-sized sausage links or patties, about 1-2 inches long.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the shaped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until they are golden brown and cooked through.
