Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mash 3-4 ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a few small chunks for added texture.
  4. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas, followed by sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
