  • Phyllo Dough
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese if using block feta. Add a pinch of chili flakes and mix well.
  3. Carefully unroll the phyllo dough on a clean surface, keeping the sheets covered with a damp cloth.
  4. Take one sheet of phyllo, brush it with olive oil, and layer another sheet on top. Cut the sheets into strips about 3 inches wide. Place a tablespoon of the feta mixture at one end of each strip, fold the sides over the filling, and roll tightly to enclose the feta. Repeat until all filling is used.
  5. Brush the tops of the assembled rolls with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While the rolls are baking, combine honey and a pinch of chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until warm and well mixed, then remove from heat.
