Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off a whole bulb of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil. Roast for about 30-35 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden. Let it cool slightly, then squeeze out the garlic into a bowl.
