This Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip is a creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet masterpiece that will steal the show at any holiday gathering. With its vibrant colors and delightful flavors, it’s the perfect addition to your festive menu!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 12 tbsp honey
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or a pinch of dried herbs)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is softened at room temperature for easy blending.
  2. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon in the cranberry sauce and honey. Pulse the mixture a few times until just combined, maintaining some texture from the cranberries.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. You can also add in your fresh herbs at this stage, blending them in lightly.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, give the dip a gentle stir. Garnish with additional cranberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of fresh herbs. Serve with your favorite crackers, toasted baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.

Nutrition

Keywords: For a milder flavor, substitute feta with goat cheese. Maple syrup can replace honey, and avocado oil can be used instead of olive oil. For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
