Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Cook beef bacon until crispy and set aside. Ensure beef breakfast sausage patties are cooked according to package directions. Slice cheese and any other toppings.
  2. Toast the Bread: Lightly butter or oil your chosen bread and toast them until golden brown and slightly crisp. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Chipotle Eggs: In a small bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add chipotle in adobo sauce to the egg mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter or oil. Pour in the chipotle egg mixture.
