Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
  • Slider buns
  • Cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • Ranch dressing
  • BBQ sauce (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 1 pound of ground beef, and 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. Add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning and mix until everything is well combined. Don’t overmix, as it can make the sliders tough.
  2. With damp hands, shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide. Aim for about 12-16 patties, depending on how big you want your sliders.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese to melt.
  4. While the sliders are cooking, slice your slider buns and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster. This step adds a nice texture and prevents the buns from becoming soggy.
  5. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing on the bottom half of each slider bun. Place a cheesy patty on top, followed by additional bacon if desired, and any other toppings like lettuce, tomato, or pickles. Finally, cap it with the top half of the bun.
  6. Arrange your sliders on a platter and serve them warm. They’re perfect for parties or just a fun family dinner!
