Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of softened cream cheese with ½ cup of chopped pickles. Stir in a tablespoon of pickle juice and a teaspoon of dill. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  2. Take a tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. If you’re using larger tortillas, cut them in half for easier handling.
  3. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread a generous layer of the pickle dip over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Place a layer of beef ham evenly over the dip. You can add more or less depending on your preference.
  5. Add a handful of shredded cheese on top of the beef ham for added flavor.
  6. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll.
